Account Setup for Intuitivo Users

If you are using your own VMS Platform, skip to the next section

If you’re using Intuitivo VMS as your main management platform, this section will help you get started. If you are using a third party VMS (Cantaloupe Seed, Parlevel, Vendsys, Vendamx, OneMarket) you can skip to the next section.

After your first A-POP purchase is confirmed by our Sales team, an Intuitivo Account Specialist will reach out to you via email. They will request the basic information needed to create your company profile and prepare your initial product catalog.

Once this information is collected, our team will set up your account in the Intuitivo Dashboard so you can begin working with your A-POPs right away.

  1. Company Information

We’ll need your business name, billing email, and tax details to create your main account.

  1. Primary Contact

Define one or more admin users who will have full Dashboard access. They can later invite additional team members.

  1. Product Catalog

Your account includes an initial product base provided by Intuitivo. You can later edit or add new products directly in the Products section.

💡 Pro Tip

Keep your product images accurate and up to date. These images appear on your A-POP’s card reader and directly impact the customer experience.
