Dashboard Alert Management

The Intuitivo Dashboard gives you a real-time view of every APOP across your operation. Watch the walkthrough below to learn how to read, manage, and resolve system alerts directly from Mission Control.

At a Glance:

A Warning means your APOP is still transacting, but needs preventive maintenance to stay that way.

An Error means the device is online but in maintenance mode — it can't process transactions until the issue is resolved.

To dig into a specific alert: tap View All in the Alerts panel, select the flagged APOP, and tap View Troubleshooting Steps. The panel will tell you exactly what's triggering the alert and walk you through how to fix it. Some steps may require tools on-site. If the issue persists, contact Intuitivo Support.

Pro tip: Check the Event Log below the troubleshooting panel to spot recurring patterns or track when an issue first appeared.
