Operator App Alert Management

When a machine has an issue, the Operator App surfaces it immediately. This section covers how to review and resolve alerts, and how to use the QR scan shortcut to check any machine's status on the spot.

Tip: You can scan a machine's QR code at any time to view its status — no Health Check needed. Remote door unlock requires the APOP to be online.
