Netwrok Requirements

When installing an A-POP on a client's existing Wi-Fi or Ethernet network, the site's router and firewall need to be configured to allow outbound traffic to Intuitivo's services before installation day.
Download the network requirements document below and share it with the location's IT team in advance. It includes the full list of domains, ports, and protocols to whitelist, organized by service (Intuitivo core, payment platform, and payment terminal). Running this configuration ahead of time prevents delays on install day.

Minimum Connectivity Requirements:

Download/Upload: 5 Mbps
Latency: Below 200 ms

We recommend visiting the site beforehand to run a speed test and confirm these conditions are met.
